Terms of trade

• We will carefully package your order and have it on its way to you within 2 working days.
• Delivery in New Zealand takes 2 - 5 days, from date of dispatch.
• In the unlikely event that the shirt you purchased is unsuitable, please advise us of your experience as early as possible. If you choose to return the shirt, you need to do this within 14 days of receiving it, for either an exchange or refund. The shirt must be returned in sale condition with swing ticket attached. You will be expected to cover return shipment fee. The plan to either exchange or give a refund negotiated with you will be enacted once shirt is received back at the Wonderwood studio.
• Laundry guidelines are located in the left seam of all shirts and are recommended to be followed for best care of shirt.
• No personal details are stored by Wonderwood, except by your prior approval.
